Katie Stagliano’s planting of a single cabbage seedling when she was nine years old blossomed into Katie’s Krops, a non-profit with 73 gardens dedicated to ending hunger.
With the help of her parents, land at her school, and the head chef of her school cafeteria, she began feeding people at local soup kitchens.
“You never know what you can grow from just one thing. You could be inspiring hundreds with just one small action,” says Katie Stagliano from Katie’s Krops
It all started with a cabbage seed, but has grown into so much more!
